Art Therapy
Art therapy is a blend of talk therapy and creative process. I offer a gentle approach in addressing any difficult experiences and emotions, supporting your stressed or overwhelmed nervous system, and facilitating a healing process of self discovery. Through a practice of self expression in our sessions you'll gain confidence, self awareness, new coping tools, and make sense of patterns in your life. No previous artmaking experience is necessary.
Art Therapy Supervision
I have been practicing art therapy for over 10 years, working in community, clinical, and academic settings. I appreciate an eco-relational, trauma-informed, and attachment based way of working. I believe in art as a catalyst for change and use an arts-based approach in supervision as a tool for vision, reflection, and discovery.
